For Developers
We work your deal the way we would work our own.
We embed alongside developers who need development and acquisition capability from outside their own team — and who would rather that capability arrive with an owner’s judgment than a vendor’s invoice.
We are operators and capital partners, not financial engineers.
We receive a flat fee. We would rather tell you the cost in the first week than bill you throughout the discovery.
Senior capacity in the seat rather than beside it. The judgment of a development, acquisition and asset management function without carrying one.
A known, directly held network of professionals rather than a subcontracted bench.
Who We Are
A transparency-first and execution-driven firm focused on value-add and redevelopment across select submarkets.
Ms. Yuan founded Concord Yeoman Partners to bring institutional discipline to a class of project that rarely receives it.
She brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate investment management and restructuring advisory, both institutional and main-street, and has held roles spanning REIT, development, preferred equity, asset management, brokerage and advisory.
Her work has been with institutions and with private families whose capital is patient — owners who measure a decision in decades rather than quarters. She would rather own a few properties worth keeping than a lot that aren’t.

Privacy
Privacy Policy
Concord Yeoman Advisory LLC, doing business as Concord Yeoman Partners, is a real estate investment and advisory firm based in Arlington, Virginia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through concordyeoman.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, and any message you send. We keep a record of how each conversation began.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and performance purposes.
What we do not collect. This website uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not follow you to other websites.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to you and to hold conversations you have requested.
- To maintain accurate records of our relationships, including how each began — a record we are required to keep in connection with private securities exemptions.
- To protect the security and integrity of this website.
We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
3. Whom we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.
We use service providers that process information on our behalf and only at our instructions: Microsoft, which provides our email; and Cloudflare, which registers our domain and hosts this website. We may also disclose information to our professional advisers, or where required by law or by legal process.
4. How long we store information
Correspondence records are kept for as long as the business relationship is active, and thereafter for as long as we are required under applicable recordkeeping and securities rules, or until you ask us to delete them and we are at liberty to do so.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Virginia’s Consumer Data Protection Act and comparable laws in other states — you may have the right to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and ordinary email is not a secure channel.
Please do not send us bank account numbers, wiring instructions, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information by email. As stated elsewhere on this site, we will never send or change wire instructions by email, and any such instructions appearing to come from us must be verified by phone using a number you already hold for us.
7. Children
This website is directed to business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes and how to reach us
If we change this policy we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described here.
Questions about this policy may be sent to [email protected], or to Concord Yeoman Advisory LLC, Arlington, Virginia.

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of concordyeoman.com, operated by Concord Yeoman Advisory LLC (“Concord Yeoman”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to them.
1. Informational purposes only
Everything on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in an investment vehicle. Any offering would be made only to qualified investors, and only through definitive offering documents containing material information not set out here.
2. No advisory relationship
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. Descriptions of our advisory services relate to our capabilities generally; any engagement is governed solely by a signed agreement.
3. Forward-looking statements
Statements about market conditions, strategy, or intentions reflect our views at the time of writing and involve assumptions and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ. 6. Third-party services
We are not responsible for third-party services or for any website we link to.
7. Wire security and fraudulent instructions
Concord Yeoman will never send or change wire instructions by email. Any communication appearing to come from us that requests funds, changes payment details, or seeks sensitive personal information must be verified by phone, using a number you already hold for us — never a number contained in the message itself.
This policy applies without exception, including when a request appears urgent and appears to come from us. We would rather delay a closing than lose a partner’s capital. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from instructions that were not verified in this way.
8. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Concord Yeoman Advisory LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
